This compact scraped surface heat exchanger features up to four flangeless, corrugated, multi-layer chilling tubes鈥攅ach with its own cooling system鈥攁nd operates using ammonia or Freon refrigerants. Every tube is equipped with automatic temperature regulation to ensure accurate cooling across a range of formulations. The Kombinator 250S is engineered for reliability, durability and adaptability, with a hygienic design that complies with international food industry certifications.
